The Application Support Analyst II is also responsible for assisting in the design, delivery, and improvement of in-house software applications training programs and related courseware. The position is also responsible for creating the Application Optimization process that involves working with the software suppliers and property end-users to ensure that all premier applications are being used properly and fully by the Property. Application Support includes troubleshooting applications and software for property internal customers, such as operations, player development, and other business units. Establish and maintain clear lines of communications with the end-user community. Summary: Under minimal supervision, performs diversified duties required for the daily support of all assigned production applications and supporting systems, e.g., KCMS, Micros, CVPS, Infinium, etc.
